Aisha Dogbey is a strategic thinker with a people-centered approach to improving public health systems. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master of Science in Health Informatics, blending community insight with data-informed problem-solving. Aisha is known for turning complex challenges into clear, actionable steps that help organizations work more effectively.
Outside of consulting, Aisha enjoys crafting creative mocktails, exploring new places, and has traveled to more than 15 countries. Mexico is her favorite for its culture, community, and incredible food. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends.

Nusiratu Dogbey

Nusiratu Dogbey is an educator, a numbers wizard, and a systems-focused problem solver. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Business Economics, giving her a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making. Nusiratu is known for simplifying complex information and turning numbers into practical strategies that strengthen programs and operations.
Outside of work, Nusiratu is a proud mom of three boys, an adventurous cook who loves trying new Korean recipes, and brings humor and warmth wherever she goes.
