About Emerge

Emerge Consulting Group is a Black woman-owned consulting firm partnering with public health and education organizations across the NJ/NY metro region. We work with mission-driven, community-based organizations (typically 5 to 50 staff) that are doing essential work without the strategic infrastructure to sustain it.

Together, we bring over 20 years of combined experience in strategic planning, evaluation, and project management, grounded in equity, partnership, and clarity.

Through our Engage → Evaluate → Empower approach, we've supported government agencies, nonprofits, and community-based organizations nationally and internationally to build actionable strategies.
